The Ambrose Alli University (AAU) acceptance fee for 2025/2026 is ₦79,300 for medicine and surgery and ₦64,300 for other faculties and departments.

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION/CLOSING DATE
You can pay N28,200.00 (twenty-eight thousand, two hundred naira) to access the application form on the Ambrose Alli University website (https://aaue.waeup.org/applicants).
Candidates should refer to the manual before filling out and submitting the online application form for the School of Postgraduate Studies.
It is recommended that candidates have a working email account before beginning the application process.
Candidates must fill out the online form by providing the information of three referees. Following payment and successful form completion, an automatic reference request will be sent to the referees. Before applying, you should make sure you have their permission.
To apply for admission to Ambrose Alli University (AAU), fill out the online application form at aaue.waeup.org:
- Register: Register via the university’s admissions portal.
- Complete the form: Fill out the online application form and upload the relevant documentation.
- Pay the fee. Pay the application cost using the payment gateway.

Each program has a different application form cost.
- Undergraduate: The N12,200 application fee includes N10,000 for the application form, N2,000 for the WAEeAc Technology cost, and N2,000 for the Interswitch transaction cost.
- Postgraduate: N28,200 is the application fee.
