In addition, notification emails are sent to the email addresses specified by applicants in their profiles. Depending on availability, SMS message alerts are also sent to the GSM numbers specified by applicants.
What Happens When Transactions Fail
On the online payment system riding on the Interswitch WebPAY platform, money is deducted from debit cards if and only if the transaction is approved by the issuing bank.
If the issuing bank has any reason to decline the transaction, no money is deducted and a “Transaction Failed” notice is displayed onscreen, along with reasons for the failure
(eg: “The amount requested is above the limit permitted by your bank, please contact your bank”, or “Suspected Fraud, Pick-Up”, or “Your bank has prevented your card from carrying out this transaction, please contact your bank”, or “Insufficient Funds”, or “Incorrect security details provided. Pin tries exceeded.”, etc).
What to Do If The Same Transaction Fails Many Times
“Failed Transactions” are the result of unsuccessful payment attempts. When this occurs, you have the chance to try the transaction again in the hopes of getting a successful outcome.
To accomplish this, just click the “ReQuery” button next to the transaction. You can, however, use the “ReportError” button to instantly raise an alarm about your challenges on the Portal Admin’s Dashboard if this fails multiple times.
The portal administrator can attempt to complete your transaction again, but if it doesn’t work either, they can cancel it and create a new one for you. You can try making a payment using the freshly generated Transaction ID, which will be displayed to you instantly.
Card Details Records For Re-Use In Future Payments
We never save your card information on our servers. Not even in the variables for the session. This is to make sure that no one can access your card information on our system without authorization and cheat you later. Because of this, every time you need to make a payment on our site, you have to enter your debit card information again.
PayPal Stores Card Details
Storing your card information is a simple and feasible way to avoid typing it again each time you need to make a payment. However, our algorithms and the laws that govern us differ from those of PayPal. You must thus enter your debit card information each time you need to make a payment on our portal, as we are unable to keep it.
Application Form Fee Refund
All application costs are non-refundable after they have been paid. Therefore, it is highly recommended that applicants always confirm what they are paying for before agreeing to payment.

However, those results must have been released before or by the date of scrscreening; and they must be physically presented at the screening, otherwise, you may be disqualified at that point!
