General Nursing (GN) is a six-semester program in Nigeria that trains students to become registered nurses. Students who complete the program are eligible to sit for the registered nursing exam and begin practicing.
They must also receive a license that needs to be updated every three years and register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria to practice.

7. Basic Midwifery at ECWA College of Nursing Sciences in Egbe, Kogi State

8. College of Nursing Sciences, Enugu (National Orthopedic Hospital)
- Application Deadline: Beginning on Wednesday, June 19, form sales will end on August 30, 2024
- How to Apply: N22,500 (the cost of the admission form and examination fee) to be paid by Remita to the National Orthopedic Hospital in Enugu.
9. Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital in Yola
- How to Apply: Forms are available from the Mobiddo Adama University Teaching Hospital, Yola office of various program coordinators as of June 3, 2024, upon presentation of a payment receipt for N10,000, which is the only amount paid into the hospital’s Treasury Single Account via REMITA for Nursing Specialty Training.
- Application Deadline: The deadline for sales and form submission is Tuesday, July 16, 2024. The date of the aptitude test is July 17, 2024. However, oral interviews are scheduled for July 18 and 19, 2024.
10. College of Nursing Sciences in Amichi, Anambra State
- Application Deadline: 6th of June to 31st of July 2024
11. Cross River State College of Nursing, Ogoja
- How to Apply: Forms are acquired from the college registrar’s office upon payment of N20,000 and N10,000 for handling fees, both of which require a receipt.
- Application Deadline: The purchase and full form submission deadline is August 12, 2024.
- Date of Examination: The oral interview and post-UTME test will take place on the college grounds on August 31, 2024.
12. Ebonyi State College of Nursing, Uburu
- How to Apply: Create a Remita RRR to pay the N20,200 application cost for nurses or the N17,200 application fee for midwives.
- Application Deadline: The Basic Nursing form will be available for purchase from April 15 until July 26, 2024.The Basic Midwifery Form will be available for purchase from April 15 until October 25, 2024.

13. College of Nursing Science, Calabar
- How to Apply: A payment of N25,000 is made exclusively to the CRS School of Nursing account, which is registered with First Bank under account number 2031807641.
- Application Deadline: The sales of forms will end on August 1, 2024.

14. Bayelsa State College Of Nursing Science
- Application Fee: The payment amount is 20,000 naira.

16. Cross Rivers State College of Nursing Sciences
- How to Apply: A non-refundable fee of 25,000 Naira must be paid into Account No. 2037884057 (College Utility Account), which is located at First Bank Plc. Proof of payment must be presented at the college’s bursary department, where a handling fee of ten thousand Naira (10,00) must be paid in cash for the issuance of receipts covering all payments.

17. Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery
- Application Fee: The form is priced at 15,000 Naira.
